25.01.2022 Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a safe holiday period - with love and gratitude from all art Market in the Mountains - see you in 2021

25.01.2022 Once again, someone has confused the Showground Car Boot Market with Market in the Mountains. Both markets are valuable assets to the Stanthorpe Community but Market on the Mountains is held on the 2nd Sunday of each month and long weekend Sundays and The Showground Market is held on the 4th Sunday of each month. Market in the Mountains is a craft market where all stallholders make what they sell while the Showground Market has some craft, some pre-loved items and some commercial items. One way to be appreciative of this mistake is that Market in the Mountains is so well known that any market held in the Stanthorpe Showground is assumed to be Market in the Mountains. Just saying.

23.01.2022 Market in the Mountains dates for the rest of the year. SUNDAY, 4th (long weekend) and 11th October SUNDAY, 8th November SUNDAY, 13th December SUNDAY, 20th December (combined MitM and Showground Car Boot sale

23.01.2022 COVID-19 might be changing our lives but we are getting more and more new stallholders at Stanthorpe's famous Market in the Mountains. It must be our reputation for only having quality hand crafted work for sale. On the second Sunday of each month and on long weekend Sundays, you will find our clever crafters eagerly awaiting your arrival to the Exhibition Centre at the Stanthorpe Showground between 8 am and 12 noon. Because of the COVID-19 restrictions there is one entrance and one exit and social distance markings to help us all to stay safe. Your fur baby may bring you to the market if you are on a lead and are well behaved. Karl and Janelle will provide you with delicious home made breakfast, morning teas and light lunches; all prepared with love. The next market is on Sunday, 13th September.

23.01.2022 With the border closing once again some of our stallholders may not be able to attend Stanthorpe's Market in the Mountains on Sunday, 9th August. Those of you who can attend, take care and stay safe. COVID-19 Regulations will be in place and strictly adhered to. If anybody had made washable masks or hand sanitiser, please make a comment under this blog to let visitors know. Market Conditions still apply requiring all stallholders to make what they sell to maintain our artisan reputation. Karl and Janelle will have the bestest snacks and light meals available at the Cafe de Market so make sure you have a little treat. If your dog has you securely on a leash and you are house trained and well behaved, we'll be pleased to see your furry child.
