All you need is five ingredients to make this mouth-watering treat that's perfect for afternoon tea or picnics. Find the recipe below!... Know someone who thinks lemons are the zest? Tag them below INGREDIENTS: - 400g pkt plain digestive biscuits, broken into pieces - 200g unsalted butter, melted - 2 x 250g blocks cream cheese, softened, chopped - 397g can sweetened condensed milk - cup lemon curd METHOD: 1. Grease and line a 17 x 27cm (3.5cm deep) slice pan with baking paper, extending paper 3cm above edges. 2. Process biscuits in a food processor until they resemble fine breadcrumbs. Add butter and process until combined. Using back of a metal spoon, press over base of pan. Refrigerate until required. 3. Process cheese, milk and half the curd in a cleaned food processor until smooth. Pour mixture over biscuit base and spread out evenly. Dollop with remaining curd. Using a bamboo skewer, swirl to create a marbled effect. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight until set. Cut into 12 pieces. Serve. Prep: 15 mins + chilling Serves: 12 Love This Place for Recipes
