14.01.2022 Research Lab is open this morning until 10am - if you're in the area pop in to talk deep time, art, and local history. Beautiful morning - so enjoying talking to visitors... So far today have chatted about the differences between the Chinese and Australian built environments and approaches to planning cities (and politics) - and a Scottish perspective on ancient geology. And it's not quite 9am :-)
12.01.2022 The rise of the Anthropocene is forever changing the Earth. Rather than being dwarfed in comparison to the Earth - and it's age: humans are now meaningfully impacting the course of Earth's geological assets - in a frighteningly short period of time.
06.01.2022 Join me on a walk through space and time, with a series of Time-walks in Brunswick: Saturday 26 November, and Saturday 10 December at 11am (45min duration each). These narrated walks will trace the evolution of Brunswick from clay - to brick - to city, and reveal the history embedded in it's buildings, streets, and aural history. Admission is free. Message me to book, spaces limited... Full details at http://www.markingtime.com.au/timewalks/
