14.01.2022 Hi all Training with COVID-19 protocols. I really enjoy working with each and every one of you. ... The COVID-19 virus situation is very serious and changing rapidly. Many schools are placing restrictions on group meetings and sporting events. Some sport has been cancelled. Schools may close. We can continue to train safely by 1 Staying 2 metres apart 2 If I give you an exercise band I will also give you an alcohol sanitary wipe. You alone will train with that band for the duration of the training. 3 I think we are about to be overwhelmed by the seriousness of the situation. The strengths of our group have been our community, support and common wisdom. At a time like this, these qualities are needed more than ever. I will try to keep you updated ASAP. Keep well, Mark

06.01.2022 Sculpture by the Sea Starts on Thursday 24 Oct. We are planning to go next Wednesday the 23rd. We feel as though there will be 90% of the artwork installed but 10% of the crowd. We will meet at Tamarama beach at 10 am finish at Bondi icebergs at 11:30 am and finish with a five star view for a one star price with coffee.
