10.01.2022 Mark Morris Counselling & Wellbeing Services Is a Registered Member of the BACP. Our approach is Holistic & Therapeutic, and our services are Counselling clients for PTSD, Trauma, GAD, Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, and Anger management, etc... We work with our clients in a Body, Mind & Spirit approach which involves a re-Balancing of the person's trapped difficulties to help Empower them to move forward with their lives from being stuck/frozen, We also do Eco-Therapy which is a Walk -and -Talk service in natures natural surroundings, this also includes Mindfulness techniques for re-balancing.

06.01.2022 In Japan this is called Kintsugi the art of Golden Joinery. As Humans we all get/feel broken sometimes. In the Western world we sometimes try to hide our breakages and repair with clear glue and then paper over the cracks, and keep the stiff upper lip . I like this approach on the Eastern philosophies as sometimes we all feel broken. This is where the light enters us and then the healing begins.
