20.01.2022 It's a debate that gets quite emotional, with both sides of speaking from the heart. Those who have moved off the tools into safety argue that they know what 'real' work is, and that they have the relationships. Whereas, those who moved into safety from university argue that they have a better understanding of the science of safety. So who is right? I've done both. I entered safety while working on the docks in Melbourne, Australia (pictured in the thumbnail). I've recently completed an MBA. I think I've got a good insight, and in this video share my perspective and offer some advice to both camps.
