24.01.2022 With Christmas less than four weeks away it's reassuring to know that the State Government's Fair Trading officers have been hard at work identifying toys that could harm our kids. Six toy lines have been removed from sale after they were found to be a choking hazard for young children. All banned or recalled toys are listed on www.productsafety.gov.au This safety checklist is a good guide when buying toys. Happy shopping!

06.01.2022 Zero new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Qld today, with 13 active cases remaining.
06.01.2022 From 1am Tuesday, December 1, travellers entering Qld will only need a border pass if they’ve been in a hotspot or overseas in the previous 14 days. Greater Sydney & Victoria will no longer be declared hotspots from December 1. Queensland remains closed to Greater Adelaide, with any travellers required to do 14 days of hotel quarantine at their own expense. Queensland Police will conduct random road intercepts, but there will be no border checkpoints & drivers will no longer be required to display their pass when entering the state.
