25.01.2022 Water your own damn grass. In a society where other people’s success is flooded in front of us through devices, we tend to drift off thinking there’s something better over there all to often. We forget that to maintain a great garden, you need to nurture your own soil and pick the weeds. Each one of us brings skills to the table that are unique to us. Spend some time look at yourself and understand what these are. Then in the journey of life, master your craft as well as experience what’s out there. Only then will you notice not only will your grass get greener, but your paddock with grow also!

25.01.2022 Running a tight ship. It’s not always easy this thing called life. But one of the best lessons I’ve learnt along the roller coaster is this: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING! Yes that’s right. Even the shit you can’t control, you can control your reaction, your energy put in to it and whether you let it affect you. You are also in control of the good things. It’s balance. Take ownership over everything, and take away expectations from others. It’s a hard process to learn bu...t once you get there, life will open up many opportunities. If there’s one thing you do today, I challenge you to take ownership over something that goes wrong. Suck it up, learn and understand where you might have gone wrong and move forward. 21.01.2022 The past doesn’t define you even if it creates you. So often we get caught up in our minds little games. We find justification in actions we know are wrong. We give up when we know we could have kept going. We pursue when we know we shouldn’t. A lot of this comes down to our programming and what’s happened in the past. Here’s a little tip. EVERYONES GOT A PAST. We’ve all had shit happen to us. Some worse than others. But the ones that succeed are the ones that go to war with ourselves and don’t make excuses. We look for the battle and we charge in. Yes it’s hard, no it will not be quick, but is it worth it. ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY. No one can change this in you, it has to be on you. A challenge to you for the weekend. Find something you don’t like about yourself, or perhaps even hate. And go to fucking war with it!

21.01.2022 Self awareness What is being self aware? Self awareness comes from separating life and looking internally at not only the good parts but the bad. Knowing your flaws, knowing your triggers, your good points, your strengths, knowing what you like, what makes you tick, what gets you motivated. What you would fight for and die for and understanding what you need to do to accept or change certain traits about yourself. Self awareness comes when you take full ownership over yoursel...f and you accept yourself whole heartedly. When you are self aware, life’s doors open in so many ways. You understand your friend circle better, you understand how to take on confrontation and you understand your drive. Self awareness is a constant journey that leads to true happiness and contentment. Without being self aware, you chase the standards of society, which in this day and age is impossible to keep up with let alone maintain. Fuck the social norm, accept you for you and if there’s areas you don’t like, suck it up and do something about it. You live life a whole lot better. Micro failures lead to macro wins. 18.01.2022 Ask and you shall receive Tony robins told a story of how he was finally in track and starting to earn some decent money. He was walking through a city one night when a homeless man ask him for a dollar. Tony pulled out his wallet and had hundreds in there. He flicked through and was thinking to himself how can I impact this guy so he doesn’t just use this for drugs. He reached in and pulled one single dollar out. Gave it to the man to which he replied, you have a lot in the...re. Tony laughed and said yes but you only asked for a dollar. For what you ask of life, it will give. He continued walking hoping he had made an impact. In this story itself is an important lesson. Ask and you shall receive. That doesn’t just mean can I have a Ferrari? And it pops up. No, what you ask of life, Will present itself, but you have to be willing and open to take on what it throws. The more specific the ask, the more precise life’s challenges are. 09.01.2022 Vision Want to understand the importance of vision? Ask any fighter, football player or any athlete. The most successful will tel you that they visualise everything. The detail of the punch, the ball leaving their hand for the clutch shot, the celebration, the title, the city it’s in. Everything. Your mind doesn’t distinguish reality from visualisation. It based itself off the emotion. See something enough and think about it enough and your body thinks it’s happened already. And if it feels it’s happened already guess what will come to life. The visual will become a reality. Never doubt yourself or your ability.

07.01.2022 Stand fast at the gateway of your mind. If you want to know the measure of a man, you must first seek approval to his home and immediately look through his library. Not sure what this means? Well put it this way, what do you fill your head with? Is it important? Is it doing you good or harm? Is it helpful or congestive? To find out what a man really offers, you must find out what he feeds his mind. What you watch, read and listen to plays a huge part in the type of person you... are and who you’ll end up being and your perspective on certain situations. Be mindful of what enters it. Songs, tv, radio. It’s all designed for you to fail. You aren’t good enough, you need this or else you won’t be as popular or up to date with the jones.
