23.01.2022 To a small percentage of our customers who have complaints about tenderness off meat. First step is to complain to me personally Boyd Marks. Second step is to check how your actually cooking the certain cut. Got people saying brisket is tough but they cooked it in 1.5-2 hours at 250 Deg or cooked tbone in a sandwich press.... Seriously I’m happy to refund people for genuine issues but if you can’t cook it right then no refund that’s on you for destroying a beautiful pice of meat unfortunately! See more

17.01.2022 We are excited to announce that come the 1st of July 2020, we will be doing our own processing and will have a shop front open. This will take place at 87 Randell Street Mannum. Pre orders on most items will be available through our website as well as home delivery still being offered. Additional lines of products will be available from July 1st and our website will be updated over the coming weeks to provide that information.

17.01.2022 Genuine Paddock to Plate Dear valued customers, Id like to clarify our business for you. We run a small farm in Swan Reach South Australia. On our farm we breed and grow out F1 Wagyu cattle, pure Berkshire pigs and Prime lambs. Our stock is then transported by myself or another of the staff to local Abattoirs such as Loxton or Murray Bridge for slaughter. The carcasss are then picked up by myself or staff member and taken to our Mannum based processing facility/Butcher sho...p. Since the decision to open the Butcher shop and demand for more products we have not only expanded our own capacity on farm but have sourced other lines of beef, lamb and pork. These lines are locally sourced from the Murray Malle region. I myself hand select the animal, have a good working relationship with the farmer/producer. We also have other locally sourced products in store from the Murray mallee region and the Riverland as I believe these produce some of the best food in the world and are often underrated compared to well advertised and marketed parts of South Australia and other interstate regions. Myself and my Staff can tell you where the meat or product came from, if its our own from Cactus Bore we can tell you what number was on its ear tag, what tag or name its mother has and for the pigs what pen they were born in. We truly are genuine paddock to plate and I think you would struggle to get that traceability and transparency from many other places. We pride ourselves on Quality, both from our farm and sourcing from other farms.
