03.01.2022 Electricity post, timber beams and brickwall are falling apart. Level 2 electrician disconnected the cables and removed the post, I removed all loose bricks and cleaned off old lime mortar, carpenter/owner removed old, rotten timber beams and replaced with new beams, I relaid new brickwall with cement mortar to match with the party wall, the carpenter/owner helped by repointing worn out lime mortar with new cement mortar and lastly, Level 2 electrician inserted the post back and reconnected the cables. All this in two days work with a very complex job. Happy client makes my day.
