To share that beautiful space with you all and to create music with great friends was an absolute privilege. Thank you to each of you that came down and supported, and for those that I couldn't thank personally I'm sending you lots of love. 24.01.2022 Here is a very special moment captured a few months back at one of the Lullaby Session live streams we did in lockdown here in WA. Dad used to play the Unplugged album when guests would come round and I would fall asleep as a kid listening to the blues. To have this amazing band play with me in my living room back in May will always be one of my most favourite memories. Tonight I get to support the one and only Trevor Jalla who continues to be a source of great inspiration f...or me, from the very start of my guitar journey when I would watch him shred the guitar to pieces in a small bar in Vic Park leaving the crowd speechless with his buttery smooth voice. Next month on July 25th I'm putting on an intimate performance with my amazing band featuring strings, horn and brass section at Vision Studios in Vic Park to celebrate my new single - Learn and Become. This performance will be held in the round with seating in 360 degrees around the performers, I think this is going to be super cool! One of the hardest things for me over the last few months was not being able to go and visit Jessie up in Broome. When the borders opened up recently I decided that I would take a little road trip and visit my best friend. Jessie and I started performing music together when we were in our teens. From here our ...strong friendship was formed and we have been playing together ever since. I've had the privilege of seeing her grow into one of the most talented musicians and performers I know. Her shows are mesmerizing to watch and it's been an absolute privilege to share stages with her all over the world. 03.01.2022 After four days of driving and nearly 2500kms I made it to Broome to see my best friend Jessie Gordon. It's an absolute delight to be able to bring this amazingly talented human to the final Lullaby Sessions. Being able to share the stage with Jessie for over half my life has been such a delight. She is truly a one of a kind musician and human being and it's amazing that I can share this lovely moment with you all. Her original music is stunning, with such incredible songwri...ting and musicality that covers so many amazing genres.
