23.01.2022 What can I say?!?!? France was really all about the Champagne and Wine, OK and a bit of cheese too... We visited Epernay, Reims, Paris and Dijon and took of much of the local produce home that our baggage allowance would let us! Would highly recommend Epernay as a destination and if you do go to Dijon - you need tours or you wont find much. We toured with Authentica Tours and cant say enough good things about them! http://www.authentica-tours.com/

05.01.2022 On the way home from Europe we stopped over in Ho Chi Minh for 3 nights and were so glad we did. Cant wait to explore more of Vietnam in the future. On of the highlights was doing a cooking class! We organised it with a small restaurant with a local Vietnamese chef as the last thing I wanted was to be taught by an Executive Chef of a 5 star resort (happy to stay in one however)..

03.01.2022 Incredible Italy! Pasta, Pizza and Parma Ham. I really enjoyed the food in Italy and the café culture. The Italian coffee too was a welcomed addition to the holiday. Thank goodness for Italian coffee!! It left me wondering though, why has it not filtered through to the rest of Europe?? We are very lucky in Melbourne..
