19.01.2022 Tonight at 8pm on Friday Night Live, we feature the first of two concerts featuring Sydney-based saxophonist Mark Ginsburg, Musician. Ginsburg has performed ext...ensively in Australia and internationally. Tonight we take you back to a 2010 concert recorded at the former Gods Cafe at The Australian National University on the occasion of his Generations Tour of Australia. His debut album, Generations, was nominated for Best Independent Jazz Album in Australia in 2010. The concert features acclaimed players Greg Coffin on piano, Karl Dunnicliff on bass and Tim Firth on drums. Next Friday we will be featuring part two of this series when Mark plays music from his South African Project. "From the opening notes of solo saxophone, Ginsburg rains gorgeous melodies about our ears...
