23.01.2022 I've had many requests for my bliss ball recipe. I'm someone who loves to share the love, That's why my business is called Vitamin L, so here goes...... what you’ll need: 1 cup pitted medjool dates... 1/3 cup raw organic cacao powder 1/3 cup coconut oil cup shredded coconut 1 tablespoon chia seeds let’s do it! Soak dates in warm water for 15 minutes to soften. Whilst dates are soaking add cacao, shredded coconut, coconut oil and chia seeds to food processor and mix. Add dates and process. Let mixture sit for 10 minutes.Roll mixture into bite size ball size. Roll balls in shredded coconut and/or cacoa (almonds for a treat if eating at home). This recipe can be very flexible so you can add any goodies you might have such as sesame seeds, flaxseeds, goji berries, cacao nibs. If eating at home (instead of a nut free school) you can also add cup of nuts or almond meal. Best stored in the freezer.
