22.01.2022 Our popcorn and movie day went really well. The students earned this reward during learning at home. Thanks to Miss Shaw her leadership with this activity. We all came dressed in our favourite sport uniforms and what an assortment we had.
21.01.2022 Our Free Dress Day this Thursday, come dressed in your favourite team colours. This could be a sport you play or support. Like Aussie Rules!! Gold coin donation and slushie or milo for sale for $2. It’s also popcorn and movie day.
17.01.2022 This Friday 4 September is a Student Free Day across all Queensland schools. Our staff will be participating in professional development and forward planning for the students and school. Therefore no students are to attend school this Friday. Enjoy your long weekend Marlborough families.

08.01.2022 Our little Marlborough School community continues to punch above its weight! Term 3 saw us Jumping Rope for Heart to rasie money for a very worthy cause. The organisers of JRH set us a goal of $696, which seemed reasonable for a small school. At this stage we have raised over $ 5 480.07! This money goes to support research for people with sick hearts. On the day we heard three personal stories of how this research has directly helped a student, staff member and direct family member of mine. Our students have learned about the health benefits of skipping and had fun doing this. Thanks to our wonderful extended school community as you supported the children and the school achieve this. #jumpropeforheart
