25.01.2022 What an incredible venue for your ceremony. . Thorncrown Chapel in Arkansas The design recalls the Prairie School of architecture popularized by Frank Lloyd Wright, with whom Jones had apprenticed. The chapel was commissioned by Jim Reed, a retired schoolteacher, who had purchased the land in 1971 and envisioned a non-denominational pilgrimage chapel set apart in the landscape for meditation. The design of Thorncrown Chapel was inspired by the Sainte-Chapelle, a Gothic church in Paris, France containing many windows and different types of glass to allow more light into the structure.

19.01.2022 On mid-summers eve, set a plate of flour under a rosemary bush at midnight. In the morning, you may find the initials of your true love traced in the flour. http://marlenebutteriss.com/ritual-sac/find-your-true-love/
19.01.2022 Are you taking time for yourself? Time out to reconnect with nature, to the core of who you are, the nature of you? Even when I'm short on time, I like to go for a walk through my local park. Its just enough to connect me with nature, to hear the whispers from the leaves and the grasses. What do you love to do when you take time to yourself?

16.01.2022 Working with fire element The fire element is associated with transformation. Think of the mythical phoenix rising from the flames as a symbol of fiery transformation. The fire element conveys inspiration, enthusiasm, vitality, and daring. Fire energy moves rapidly; it’s volatile and unpredictable like a wildfire raging out of control or a lightning burst in a storm. The fire element is connected with creativity, action, and the will to make things happen. People who have a lot of fire energy tend to be self-confident, passionate, impulsive, outgoing, vigorous, and courageous

05.01.2022 Because marriage, hand fasting, or any ritualized union is one of the major thresholds of life, it’s perceived as a time of tremendous power, promise, and vulnerability. The entire marriage ceremony, the arrangements preceding it, and postnuptial celebrations may be perceived as a huge series of rituals and magic spells as much as a religious sacrament. In some cases, it’s consciously both. http://marlenebutteriss.com/ceremon//rituals-for-marriage/
04.01.2022 Working with water The water element embodies the characteristics of nourishment, healing, purification, intuition, emotion, and creativity. Use the water element for growth and abundance, or to nurture your creativity. Water energy is changeable and unpredictable, it can manifest as a gentle rain or a typhoon. People who have a lot of water energy tend to be emotional, sensitive, intuitive, imaginative, and compassionate.
04.01.2022 Marital ups and downs in later life. . The marital study is a staple genre of grownup cinema, yet film-makers generally like to keep it young. From Scenes from a Marriage to Blue Valentine to last year’s Marriage Story, film history is riddled with strong, searing portraits of couples on the right side of middle age weathering various emotional crises. Raise the age of the protagonists above 50, however, and the drop-off is significant, as if every older relationship settles into a comfy-slippers routine that isn’t worth dramatising. So, here are the best films about older married couples collated into a useful list. https://www.theguardian.com//streaming-long-marriages-in-t

02.01.2022 Working with the elements - Earth In the material sense, earth serves as our foundation. Therefore, earth as an element to your ritual work corresponds to the characteristics of stability, permanence, groundedness, security, and endurance. Earth energy moves slowly and steadily, so it’s good to draw on when a situation requires patience. The earth element is linked with financial matters, material abundance, and fertility. People who have a lot of earth energy tend to be practical, reliable, determined, tenacious, sensual, hard-working and cautious.

01.01.2022 What matters in the end? What matters to you today? How we live now, will impact how we feel at the end.
01.01.2022 Working with air. Air energy moves quickly. It is good to draw on when a situation involves change, movement, or you want things to happen fast. You can also use air energy to contact spirits or other nonphysical beings. The air element is linked with mental activity, communication, the world of ideas, and social interaction. People who have a lot of air energy tend to be friendly, curious, fickle, adaptable, idealistic, talkative, and interested in all sorts of ideas.
