25.01.2022 Please do not use bleach to wash your dog for virus! The solution for the pollution is dilution! Simply wash the legs and paw with doggie shampoo and rinse well will help if that make you feel safer! But the best way is after dog park or big walk wash the whole body because they will touch anything on the walk with paw, mouth and might roll on anything you wont see! Thats why highly recommend a short hair cut so that easy for home maintenance! Feeling bad that our pooch need to have certain level of activity restriction! Stay safe!

23.01.2022 As more people now concern about the virus spreading, we are remain opening for the loved fur kids, because as I think its one of the essential business for the community because we want our pets to be healthy and hygiene during this hard time, remember we can put hand sanitiser on our hands but our loved fur babe cant do that! We are trying our best to sanitising everything like usual but more frequently and more products being used such as UV light for the room and UV sanitising machine for the gears! Hand spray provided in the shop as well. Please stay safe everyone!

22.01.2022 this is what I thought too. Keep your pets short haired and stay home rather than go to the public exploring because you cant sanitising their paws and hairs. Specially remind that family with kids love to cuddle their beloved dogs.

22.01.2022 Here are some new protocol for the situation these days, I am feeling very grateful and appreciated that everyone corporate and understand the changes! Its a big success we tried this for more than a week now! lucky that our business still allow to remain services for our beloved fur kids, but due to the situation now we might change a little for drop off and pick up service just to make sure everyone feel comfortable and safe: each booking need to arrive on the booked tim...e, if any change please advise us before to avoid owners bump into each other during drop off time, our staff will take over dogs from outside the shop to reduce risk for everybody and so the same for pick up, this will help us reduce lots of time on sanitising and get enough time to hygiene and prepared the dogs for their grooming and go home on time, we will send msg for pick up when its ready and please advice the arriving time for pick up so we can get the dog all gear up to step outside the shop to greet you. If you might interested in any treats or dog product let us know so we make sure you will be the only customer inside shop browsing the products on drop off/pick up time. If two groups of owners bump into each other accidentally on drop off or pick up time, (we will try to avoid this) please give us time and patience to handle dogs one group each time, please be kind to wait outside shop No customers waiting inside shop if you arrive earlier and your dogs still not finish the grooming. Let me know if any this changes will cause your inconveniences or discomfort please I am willing to try to justify and do my best Lets fight through the hard time all together and take the situation with more cares, thanks for your cooperation. 20.01.2022 hi five to my weekend! Another long day battled well! Special thanks to the kindest guy locally who drives pass my shop everyday (I dont know him) who walked in my shop today and just to make sure that I know he support my business because he sees my hard work every night via the window after he saw all the rumours going on yesterday and today on social media. Thanks for your kind support and that makes my day! There will be nothing can be on my way to affect my focus on my work, and thats what I promise to those clients who support me with their trust.
