21.01.2022 Last chance to register for Nitro and Athletics Showcase Weekend, by 29/4. Cairns Regional Council is providing Cairns Athletics with a grant to assist in hosting the Athletics Showcase at Barlow Park on 1-2 May. Open to athletes south to Tully and north to Cooktown, this weekend will include track and field events, followed by specialised training from national level coaches who would not normally be accessible to local athletes.... 15.01.2022 The always popular Cairns Athletics Twilight Carnival is coming up on Sat 22 May. Rego closes in a week on 11 May, and this is based on the athlete’s age as of 31 December this year. 15.01.2022 Looks like the weekend was a huge success and lots of fun for the athletes. Thank you to all those volunteers who contributed to make the day happen and to all the amazing coaches for giving their time and beneficial advice.

08.01.2022 Poor Tableland Athletics Club; they’ve had to cancel due to weather today. Cross your fingers and crack out the sun dancing, for next weekend’s Cairns Athletics Athletics Showcase - check out the event on their page and register by 29 April.
