16.01.2022 Do you have a data recovery plan in place for your laptop / desktop? Don't chance it all to giving it to me once it's all gone bad!! It's still the thing I get asked to do the most. Choose a reputable cloud storage provider and make sure important documents are stored in it. Come up with a plan for your photos, you can either pay for cloud storage or invest in a NAS for yourself. Fortunately all this customers files were recovered and the laptop lived to fight another day!
