24.01.2022 Hey team, Quick update. We have been working over the past few days to get everyone set up online. There are still a few people sending through interest. We will be signing out gear on Thursday 26th to the people that are taking the option of the online training. We're super excited to get you all started, I know you're probably at home frothing to get your hands on some gear and rip into it and... we're feeling the same. However we want to make sure we take the time necess...ary to get everyone who is partaking considered to have get some gear. We will keep you updated, in the mean time. Follow the body weight workouts on Truecoach if you have been set up, there is a small handful that will be set up tonight and tomorrow. Show up 20-30min before that class, roll out, have a chat, unwind from the day. 14.01.2022 We are looking for a motivated and experienced CrossFit coach to join our team at Marlin Coast CrossFit. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of CrossFit movements, methodology, and coaching skills. This position involves leading classes with a high standard of coaching, working one on one with new members to teach the fundamentals of CrossFit movement, personal training, and other coach related tasks. This is a casual position with the opportunity to incre...ase into a more full time position. Starting at roughly 10-12 hours per week, looking to build to 20-25+ hours per week. Minimum Qualifications: CF L-1, first aid, ability to demonstrate CrossFit movements to a high standard. He was a man who would always go out of his way to help others, the kind of guy who would literally give the shirt off his back (with a smile) if you needed it; and he had a special knack for bringing people together. 10.01.2022 In the last couple of weeks routine has been disrupted and habits have been thrown out for many, especially for those people working from home. It’s extremely easy for your new habit to be moving from the computer, to the fridge, to the couch, back to the fridge, and back to the computer. This routine leaves you feeling lethargic, unmotivated, and puts the body in a depressed state. Movement is the action that will free you of this cycle. Get some blood pumping, get some end...orphins running through your body and you may just find that motivation to do things that are good for you will appear.
