11.01.2022 Before + After // When we design we look outside of the existing space. In this home there was an unused sunroom that was too narrow to furnish, so......we knoc...ked down the wall that separated it from the kitchen. This has allowed for a new open kitchen and made use of the precious wasted space of the sunroom. Swipe across to see the before. 01.01.2022 Our kitchen certainly grounds this open plan living space. We've accentuated the rake of the ceiling with our cabinets. The kitchen whilst big doesn't dominate ...the space. Our soft palette of finishes allows the natural light to dance off the walls. I spent a lot of hours detailing the exact proportion and design of the handmade timber windows and doors. I love the placement of the 3 skylights overhead that South Coast Drafting incorporated. Design by us Joinery by @marlixfurnitureandjoinery Photo by @my_little_love_photography
