24.01.2022 It's not spring on the calendar yet but don't tell my bees! At Marmalade Hill today the wind has gone, the sun is shining and the blossom is out. Those hot shot foragers are blasting out of my two big hives & collecting pollen like there's no tomorrow! My baby hive got a new super this morning and all those friendly little hummers were so gentle & well behaved. ... Ahh, the sun's on my back, the bees are making honey.... all is good in our little bit of paradise.

24.01.2022 An exciting day at the AGM of Quilt NSW (former Quilter's Guild of NSW)!! My White Light mini quilt won third prize in the annual challenge comp.

23.01.2022 Marmalade Hill looks like a bomb hit it! All the Craftea stall bits and pieces are slowly being put away. What a fun couple of days!! Have a look at the album of stalls below. Did you think we were the best dressed? If so VOTE FOR US by 'Liking' our photo. xxxx

19.01.2022 Hilarious mess in the Marmalade Hill Craft room & Dining room & welll...every room!! As we get ready for Craftea's mini workshops and stall at Made in Kiama Night Market. https://www.facebook.com/MadeInKiama?fref=ts

18.01.2022 Something from 2013. Made in a Saffron Craig Fabrics workshop at Berry Patchwork Shop. The fabric was a four colour screen print on linen which I promptly chopped up and made into a quilt. I showed this at the first Modern Quilt Show in Berry in May 2013 and also in the Berry Show this week, where it won a first prize. I was pretty happy with that!

18.01.2022 The Marmalade Hill Craftroom is empty. Everything has gone to Kiama. Great to see Little Glass Gardens, Lloyd told George and lots of other clever makers at Made In Kiama - Handmade Night Market

08.01.2022 Saffron Craig Fabrics and I went to Kara Rosenlund's Vignette class at The School. You know the School? It's in Megan Morton the stylist's headquarters, right next door to Koskela in the old Rosella factory. Amazing day full of fabulousness! And we even learnt a few tricks...

07.01.2022 I went away for a few weeks and when I returned to Marmalade Hill those clever bees had made me a gift. Real honeycomb joy!

06.01.2022 Jacqueline and her nieces, Jorja @ Ellyse joined us for a craft morning at Marmalade Hill this week. Everyone had a fun time playing with airdrying clay. We made cute tags for gifts and decorations. Just like the big girls have done at Craftea. Thanks for visiting girls!
