25.01.2022 You can find Errinundra Preserves and Marmi Made Preserves this Easter Saturday at Johnsonville CFA Family Market 10am till 2pm followed by Payensville Twilight Makers Market on the Paynesville Foreshore 3pm till 7pm. We are well stocked with all our Native Pepperberry products and preserves. It will be a great day with beautiful weather so get out there and enjoy the Easter holidays.

12.01.2022 After yesterdays rotten weather at the market, I am happy to be back in my kitchen today cooking up more yummy preserves. Today I am making Tomato Chutney. I have been doing a lot of taste tests and I can vouch it tastes so good.

06.01.2022 When life gives you lemons!!! and limes, grapefruit, oranges tangelos, beetroot and carrots . I have been busy making luscious beetroot relish, pickled baby beetroot, pickled carrots sticks, grapefruit & ginger marmalade. Still in the cooking pots is 3 fruit marmalade and my favourite lime marmalade. Lemon curd is still to be made as we have an abundance of fresh eggs from our chooks.
