I have the first class on Wed 23rd at 10am at my kitchen 35 Keeble Way. $40 for 2 hours baking and decorating. You will bake 6 Christmas biscuits and decorate them and take them home with the the icing.

13.01.2022 I have some sad news. I have made the decision to not attend the markets from next year. It was a really hard decision to make as I love the market vibe and catching up with so many lovely stall holders, who have become my friends. 13.01.2022 Wow what a week I have had. The biggest week since I started my business 13 years ago. Now I couldn't have done any of it without my workers. I want to thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart. Bec Sargeant, Shakira Spargo, Barbara Brown, Ayla Spargo, Joh Spargo, Makayla Elliott and of course Zach. So on that note I will be closing my kitchen for a 2 day break so I can refresh for another busy week. I will have orders to deliver tomorrow then a nice relaxing break.

12.01.2022 This week I was given the opportunity to make up some dessert boxes and a wedding anniversary cake to be posted to Melbourne. They couldn't see there family members because of covid. I want to thank these people for giving me the opportunity to send some comfort to there loved ones, as they cannot be with them. I want to thank you all for the extra orders I have received from friends and people I havent met before. I appreciate everyone of you for helping my small business. 10.01.2022 Watch this space. I have been thinking of having a cooking class in the school holidays for children ages 7 and 8, 9 and 10. 11 and 12. Christmas isn't too far away. I will be teaching to make Christmas biscuits and teaching to decorate the biscuits. The class will have 5 children in from 10am to 12pm. And 2pm to 4pm. I am asking for EOI at this stage. Wednesday 23rd Sept and Wednesday 30th Sept. I need numbers by Fri 18th Sept. Please private message me for more details.

05.01.2022 Boiled chocolate cake with chocolate ganache layers and red fondant. This little boy couldn't celebrate his birthday last year except for a cake. This year his Mum went all out and was able to celebrate his 6th birthday with an iron man cake.
