Last Thursday night we were joined by John Knaggs, CEO of Sun Central Maroochydore, Frances Cayley City Hall Project Director, Sunshine Coast Council, and Dirk Long, Co-owner of Evans Long. Our panel shared some exciting, insider updates about our growing city, sharing the big news that the development has recently secured a $2.5 billion commitment with Wa...lker Corporation! Walker Corporation’s investment in the 53-hectare Priority Development Area will commence immediately, with the project expected to create over 15,000 jobs over the life of the project. For ratepayers, it will also achieve an overall profit of approximately $41 million. A big thanks to Glasshouse Brewery and our members, The Good Place Aus and Alfies Event Hire, for your support in this event.
