23.01.2022 2021 Season U14, U15, U16 boys & U15 Girls (girls born 2008 - 2006) - Return to Training Players MUST be registered in the 2021 Season to attend Commencing Thursday 21st January 2021 (and then every Tuesday & Thursday moving forward)... 4.45pm sharp for sign in, 5.00pm commencement MJRLC Complex / Fields IMPORTANT We are still under Covid Rules - If sick, do not attend - Only players & club officials are permitted past the grandstand onto the fields, parents are welcomed into the complex grounds however MUST sign in via the EVA App / QR Code and must not go down onto fields - Players are to bring their own water bottle, no sharing - Hand Sanitising will be required upon entry / exit & during training at frequent intervals - Social distancing is to be observed at all times when not carrying out a training activity Welcome back to Season 2021

22.01.2022 2021 REGISTRATIONS NOW OPEN Please read in FULL before registering How to Register ... - Head to https://www.playrugbyleague.com to register, search postcode 4558, select Maroochydore JRL & follow the prompts ** Important - Please use Google Chrome not IE; If you played previously please use previous profile - DO NOT CREATE A NEW PROFILE ** - Please ensure players details are entered exactly how they appear on their birth certificate - NEW Players - you will need to email or upload a birth certificate or passport showing the number and DOB - ALL Players must upload an updated photo of player (from shoulders up, no later than 2 years old) Payment Fee's for 2021 are $290 per player - At the time of registration you will be required to pay a minimum of $140 per player to complete the registration process. - You will then give you the option to the balance of $150, please select this if you wish to pay the full fees at time of registration. If you are going to apply for a Government FairPlay voucher DO NOT pay the balance, vouchers can be emailed to the club. - Balance of fees can be made via direct deposit or FairPlay voucher before 30 April 2021 - Fee's must be paid in full prior to receiving players kits What's Included In Fees Fee's include Training Shirt, Training Shorts, Playing Shorts, Playing Socks, Jersey (at end of year) and end of season trophy, Insurance, Association costs & Membership to licenced club. We will have age specific sign on days prior to season start for gear sizing - these dates are yet to be confirmed and will be in the new year. 13.01.2022 Outstanding night at Maroochydore Junior Rugby League Club presentation held at our complex.It was a high light to see all ages participating in a game of footy with about 30 a side just great to see our champions just having fun. A huge thank you to our parents and their families for having their children participate in the game we love under a different year and different world without you guys returning there is no Club. To all our outstanding players congratulations on yo...ur season once again the club had record numbers register even thought we had a stop start season. 10.01.2022 SPORTS TRAINERS We are putting the call out for parents / volunteers willing to take on a sports trainer role. We welcome those that have done it before or those that are new to the role to apply. Training, kit, shirt provided.... Sports Trainers are required to: * Be at all games to provide first aid for the team * Be on a roster system to ensure we have a first aider to cover training nights & U6 - U9 home games * Attend required training updates * Attend any club events that may happen to up skill you in your role * Complete required paperwork weekly; injury reports and submit to head sports trainer * Must hold a blue card (Please contact the club ASAP if you need one) * Commit to whole season Please note that all teams from U10 - U16 are required to have a sports trainer. No game can start unless there is a sports trainer present. The club will cover all training costs for a sports trainer (due to the cost involved - one per team only so please contact the club prior to registering). We will need to fill these positions ASAP as courses are already open and spots fill fast for these courses. We would like to get you in one of these courses before they fill up. Players MUST be registered 24 hours prior to the training day to be able to train ie training Tuesday, a player needs to be registered by 5pm Monday, for training Thursday a player needs to be registered by 5pm Wednesday U14 - U16 Boys - training will continue every Tuesday & Thursday afternoon, check in from 4.45pm for 5pm start... U13 - U15 Girls - training will continue every Tuesday & Thursday afternoon, check in from 4.45pm for 5pm start U13 Boys - training will commence Tuesday 09 February, 4.50pm check in for 5pm start - registered families will receive email with relevant info closer to training day U11 & U12s - training will commence Thursday 11 February, 4.50pm check in for 5pm start - at this stage training will be Thursdays only, registered families will receive an email with relevant information closer to training day All other age groups, we are staggering our return to training we will announce your return to training dates in the next fortnight. Season Start Dates Round 1 commences for U12 - U16 the 12th / 13th March Round 1 commences for U6 - U11 the 27th March Players awaiting clearances / transfers These are actioned from the league from the 1st of February. They are done in date order for the whole of SCJRL, please be patient! Once your clearance is approved you will receive an email prompting you to proceed to register. Player Gear We are awaiting stock to arrive, once we receive and sort through players that have paid full fees will be contacted - we anticipate this to be end of Feb / early March.
