16.01.2022 Good weather for our Saturday Morning training. Water was calm and paddlers ready to go. We welcomed a few new paddlers too Thanks to coach Andy, our two steerers Kath & Kerry, plus all the paddlers. Good team work.... It was a great opportunity to Practice our 2k, 500m and starts. We will be better prepared for our next regatta, training sessions, State and Nationals. Keep up the good work everyone just 'Paddling & Gyming' (indoors or outdoors). Maintaining fitness requires a consistent effort.
