22.01.2022 Dear Valued Patrons, Protecting the health and well-being of our team members, customers and the broader community is our first priority. With the outbreak of COVID-19, alongside our standard strict food safety codes, we have implemented the safeguards that meet Government and World Health Organisation guidelines and have taken additional steps to minimise the risk of impact.... If you have dined, drank or partied with us over the past weekend you would have already noticed these changes: We have removed menus from each table that are now available at our register We have removed salt & pepper shakers from each table and are available on request, sanitized between usage Encouraging EFTPOS or credit card payments to reduce cash handling Alongside normal table and surface cleaning practices we have added a sanitising step in between each table/ drink service Our fresh air ventilation system will remain Placing reminders in all of our toilet facilities about the importance of hand washing with continued sanitising procedures Every 30 minutes, our team will be wiping down all high traffic surfaces with sanitiser, including door handles, bathrooms and bench tops We are urging all of our team members to take precautionary measures to protect themselves and others and to follow Government guidelines in relation to self-isolation recommendations for any symptom of common colds and flu In line with our Community Response Statement we have capped capacity for Marquee events to 80 guests for staff, patrons and entertainers, to enjoy a healthy experience, while we will continue to monitor advice released by the Government and health services, continually reviewing our practices in line with any recommendations. As a Melbourne owned family business, we understand the fears and concerns of our community. We are hopeful that when you decide to dine, drink or party through this challenging time, that you will feel confident that the measures we have taken make our venue the right choice.
