25.01.2022 Be flexible! Event planning is unpredictable. It doesn't matter how organised you are, even with the best laid plans, something unexpected will present itself. A change in timelines, a delay or deadline being missed, or a task or activity needing to be adapted. This is where your problem solving skills will come to the forefront. So get comfortable with it, don't stress and put your thinking cap on. Your solution might even be an improvement and add value to the event. Most o...f the time, your client and or attendees won't even know! It is always best practice to have contingency plans. Keep reviewing your event plan and considering any scenarios which might crop up. Be ready. Pick your platform(s) and create a content strategy for the lead up to your event. Create an event on FB, hashtags on Insta and Twitter, share event links when you can.
