The picture on the left was take this past December I had been using these products for about a month, Believe it or not I wasnt at my heaviest as I had already had some results. 11.01.2022 Cassie shares....... 2011 was the year that inevitably changed my life forever, I went from a happy Uni student studying teaching, excited for where my future was going, had a beautiful boyfriend, was super fit & healthy to then a life of absolute depression heart break & heart ache. Everything seemed to spiral into chaos kinda quick, everything was so sudden, suddenly pregnant, suddenly my boyfriend passed away, suddenly I was left pregnant alone & completely helpless. Al...l at the young age of 21. I gained 40kgs (88lbs) of comfort weight during my pregnancy with my daughter, it was what I now call sad weight, 24/7 sad, 24/7 looking for some sort of comfort & unfortunately emotional eating got me good, 24/7 depressed and suffering extremely badly. I love looking back on my weightloss journey its not typical but its mine. I lost most of my weight in my first 4 months using our 30 day system monthly, I started to see CAS coming back to life then slowly but surely the last 4 years on my health journey have really shown me what I am capable of!! Muscle memory is a real thing in this body & Ive learnt that I can treat my self here & there but I dont need to find comfort in food rather in myself & have seriously re programmed my thinking around food! Its honestly such a crazy feeling looking back at that before photo I dont recognise that sad girl, she wasnt here for long but Im grateful she had the will power to say yes to change & yes to give herself a go!! Coz, if she didnt I wouldnt be where I am today!

Her outside has been matched by the way she has changed on the inside. Sometimes you need to be brave enough to outgrow the life that you’ve already built. ... I know .. that sounds terrifying. Honestly, it is. But you know what was more terrifying?continuing to live unsatisfied with yourself. What you don’t see in these pictures is the mental strength it takes to achieve goals like this. If you think for one second this is all about what I’ve eaten and what I’ve done for workouts this past year....You’re wrong. You have to work really hard to believe in yourself. You have to forgive yourself. Before you try to become a new version of yourself you have to face your fears. I'm blessed to have found a health and wellness company that I will forever call home because what I needed 12 months ago was a sense of belonging, people who were going to root for me because I wasn’t strong enough to do that for myself. Because I was reminded on my hard days, I was enough. I was able to make myself stronger and now that I have, I can be that person for others.
