20.01.2022 It’s been a while since I have posted on here and I need to work on posting more regularly to ensure you all know my page is not spam, as it has been called by a commenter on one of my posts. I am a mother to two little girls and a rottie. I work full time for a not for profit and run my business on top of that. Marrga Ngoongie is a business I started as I am passionate about supporting families to stay connected. Primarily I work with parents who are at risk of having their children removed. During this process I work with all supports who are involved with the family, both professional and extended family/friends.
17.01.2022 Starting out a new business has so many little things that need to be done. Most importantly though is the visuals. What people see when they first see your name is a logo or a picture to go with it. Now I’m no artist so I am very lucky to have a talented friend who designed my logo for Marrga Ngoongie, but I wanted something special and something that was unique to me, so I have started designing myself the artwork that will be on the cover pages of my business documents and... on my website. These last few weeks I’ve been talking to my Nan and making sure I didn’t miss anyone and my artwork is my family. My business is around children and families and keeping them connected so I want to be able to share some of my story in my business. It’s not finished yet, it’s not perfect, but it’s perfect for me #smallbusiness #smallbusinessstartup #aboriginalbusiness #keepingconnected #mystory #mystorythroughart #family #lsu #marrgangoongie

10.01.2022 I was so excited to get the email that I had the winning bid at the @melbourneaflw auction. I can’t wait to see it framed and hanging in the office #marrgangoongie #strongfamilies #socialwork #familysupport #keepourkidssafe #keepourkidswithfamily #jaru #prideofthekimberley #smallbusinessaustralia #aboriginalsmallbusiness #familysupportingfamily #31 #aflwomens #melbournedees #kp

04.01.2022 We’re so close to the end of the year, and what a year it’s been. I’ve been quiet lately as I have started working with my first family which has been amazing. 2021 is the year for me to focus on looking forward and working hard to get what I need for me and my family, networking and getting my business into the right space so orgs can find me and use my services. #Aboriginalsmallbusiness #smallbusinessowner #supportsmallbusinesses #ladystartup #familygroupconferencing #keepourkidswithus #strongfamilies
