25.01.2022 I nailed it - as a mother. Why do I know that? When you have a wedding to do, amazing people to take to MR & MRS (Oh I love doing this). Parking a nightmare, you need help carrying PA systems, doing sound tests, checks for the ‘run sheet’, is the sun in the brides eyes, will the champagne be on time, do the guests know what is happening - it’s an art - my priority is absolutely Bride and Groom. And then - there’s your son. @richiegt by your side. Carrying, setting up - volume up/down. No judgment-just being my wing man & then at the end - cheers Mum - that was awesome. It was great fun & an absolute privilege. ‘Jude was referred to us through family and from the initial meeting we were filled with confidence we’d picked the right celebrant for us. Jude has all of the fine details down. From sending out emails to ask our closest family and friends some personal questions to build a ceremony specific to us, to meeting the day before our wedding to make sure the lighting would be perfect, a run through and calm any nerves we may have had. This couple had to change wedding plans so often this year and finally they just called me and said we’re doing this - different location, different guest list, everything changed and rebooked in 10 days.
