I received a call several months back from him asking for a simple 'legals only' wedding. But there was a catch, he asked me if I'd be willing to be in on surprising his beautiful fiance, Svetlana into thinking it was going to be at the Registry Office when really he was planning on a beautiful surprise beach elopement with French champagne, a flute and classic guitar playing duo, fresh flowers and full ceremony set up down at Dripstone Cliffs. Naturally, I said, HELL TO THE YES. Svetlana came around that corner, looking AMAZING, surprised and tearful. It was EPIC. These two are so beautiful and kind to each other and I wish them all the happiness in the world. Fellas - be more like Scottie. DREAM TEAM. 22.01.2022 Remember those days when you only had to plan your wedding once? These two beautiful souls were able to go ahead with their original plans to wed on 10/10/20. Kyra + Jarrod made gorgeous, genuine vows to each other that included I promise to always get you hot chips when you’re hungover and Kit Kat’s when you’re sad ... We surprised the couple with a guest reading that were lyrics from their fave song and it just had ALL the feels. Still beaming from my 2 wedding weekend. I LOVE WHAT I DOOO. Just a 'lil FYI - Any 2 people can sign as witness for your wedding, provided they are over 18 years of age and they were actually present at the ceremony and witnessed you two signing the docs. ... Gone are the days where it 'should be' the best man and the maid of honour, why not grab your beaming mums, your crazy aunty or in this case, your photographer to sign the dotted lines with you. 20.01.2022 Some post-nuptial luuurve from the gorgeous LOZ + SEAN. Amanda married Sean & I in a beautiful and fun ceremony which was exactly what we wanted. She’s the most amazing and talented celebrant and we were very lucky to have her by our sides when we said I Do.. She brought to the table wisdom, compassion for those who could not be there and understanding we wanted a celebration. Leaving a traditional, formal ceremony behind we opted for a day everyone would remember.... We had our guests stand and pledge they would honour our wishes and embark on one hell of a party!! We all did. ... I really can't even begin to explain the way these two make you feel when in their presence. They exude warmth, kindness and LOVE on a whole other level. Em fell in love with Jess' vulnerability and how she can pull her guard down when they're alone, Jess loves Em for her huge heart and her ability to give so much of it, so selflessly. We had ceremony music planned (Ed Sheeran) but as soon as the couple got out of the car and heard the birds chirping, they told Ed to take a back seat, and we just listened to nature instead.... 02.01.2022 Rachie + Andy We had a coffee with Moo to discuss our wedding and 2 months later she married us on the beach in a small private elopement ceremony. She wrote our beautiful love story (and emailed us a copy to keep forever) and included lots of personalised touches to our ceremony structure.... She was super organised, easy to contact, made us feel super comfortable and just made our wedding ceremony so amazing. We are so glad that we had Amanda as our celebrant.
