25.01.2022 I am absolutely thrilled to be a finalist for the second year running for the ABIA Victorian Celebrant of the Year!! I am so thankful to all my Brides & Grooms who voted for me. This is truly my passion and I think this nomination reflects how much I love doing what I do. Of course I can’t do this on my own. My everlasting thanks to my husband Tas Williamson who supports me % as well as my many industry friends who have helped and guided me along the way. ... 24.01.2022 Yesterday it was my great pleasure to marry the beautiful Erin & handsome Daniel at the gorgeous Avalon Castle Our Bride who readily admits to being a "Disneynerd" looked absolutely divine - just like the Fairytale Princesses in the Disney Movies! Everyone looked fabulous! We began the wedding with a Dedication service, lighting 5 candles for those who had passed. The entire Bridal Party did a fantastic job, ... It was also a great pleasure to work with the wonderful Belle of Belle Martin Photography who snapped away and I'm sure the photos will be outstanding!!! And then we danced the night away to the music from the fabulous Jay Allen of Wedding Sounds by JLN . Congratulations to the wonderful couple - they so deserved this! I'm so very happy for them both! 19.01.2022 IMPORTANT COVID 19 UPDATE Today's announcement from the Premier regarding the Roadmap to Recovery for the COVID Virus was disappointing, but not unexpected. Another two weeks of severe Stage 4 Restrictions and still no weddings. If all goes according to the plans, and VERY IMPORTANTLY - IF the numbers trend the way this plan has been predicted, the EARLIEST Marry Me Helley can legally hold any weddings will be AFTER 26th OCTOBER 2020.... 26th OCTOBER - Weddings can be held with up to 10 people INCLUDING the COUPLE (2), WITNESSES (2) PLUS CELEBRANT (1) - effectively meaning that only 5 other people can attend. NOTE : There seems to be no specific instructions about if this applies to Private Residences, Venues or outdoors. I will endeavour to find out. AS OF 23/11/2020 - weddings can have 50 PEOPLE including THE COUPLE (2), WITNESSES (2) AND CELEBRANT (1) - effectively meaning 45 guests can attend other than those previously mentioned. IN PRIVATE RESIDENCES - the limit is 20 people INCLUDING THE CELEBRANT, COUPLE AND WITNESSES. We understand and completely get how everyone is upset and disappointed about having to reschedule their wedding. We are here for you and welcome any calls if you want to talk to us. Let's get through this together - we can do it!!!

14.01.2022 The Plough, Myrniong was the beautiful, rustic venue for gorgeous Tayla and Bryce to tie the knot at!! A beautiful ceremony was held in the Barn, followed by superb canapes and meal in the Marquee! This is a hidden gem of a Reception Place and certainly if you're looking for an rustic venue - then this is the place for you!

Just you two, plus your witnesses, plus one more (could be a family member/photographer) AND me (as your Celebrant)... What's the catch you say? It has to be within a 5 km radius of YOUR HOME and YOUR WITNESSES home. So put your thinking cap on - look for those small public parks dotted around your suburb and then get in touch.

13.01.2022 To beautiful couples who have engaged me as their Celebrant.... I thought I’d post a little update about how are currently adjusting to Stage 4 restrictions in Melbourne. First and foremost I understand how VERY difficult it is, for each and every one of you, to face rescheduling and/or changing your plans significantly.... No one could have predicted the impact this virus has on our lives. Being in Stage 4 means I can’t visit you as normal BUT I can organise a video call, email, call, text or FB message you. COVID has changed everyone’s lives and I just wanted to say how disappointed I am for you. But we are faced with a unique situation and hard as it is to proceed with a wedding at the moment - we all need to adjust, reassess and prioritise a little differently under these circumstances. Your wedding WILL happen even if you do reschedule. The main thing is to keep yourselves and your loved ones safe. Try to keep positive and remember we will get out of this crisis!!

The Bride looked radiant, the groom handsome and their bridal party exquisite! Despite the rain (just as we were about to commence)...and a quick re-location - under the Portico everyone was very happy!
