23.01.2022 Emma and Nicks love story began on a night out at Low Fi in Sydney’s Taylor Square. Emma looked across the room at Nick and thought wow, he was tall, handsome and had great shoulders.. what else do you need?! Right!... A kind and amazing personality. Luckily he had that too! Nick thought Emma was the most beautiful women he has ever seen. Emma and Nick have travelled the world, been on many adventure holidays but the most important adventure they will soon take, is the one o...f parenthood in July. They married in front of 20 of their nearest and dearest at a family members property at the Central Coast. We stood outside in the patchy rain and laughed and just rolled with what the weather Gods gave us. Everything they organised for the day was done themselves, from the flowers to the decorations to the cake. A beautiful afternoon with beautiful humans. 16.01.2022 SCHOOL SWEETHEARTS Hannah and David’s love story began at school. They knew of each other since year 7, however it wasn’t until year 11 maths class that they really got to know each other properly. Over fractions and algebra, they calculated that they had more of an interest in each other than just being friends. Hannah said that she thought David was a bit of a bad boy with his eye-brow ring and she was hot for it!... On the most spectacular day in the Blue Mountains, these two super fit and beautiful humans married each other in front of their nearest and dearest. It was an absolute pleasure getting to know Hannah and David in the lead up to marrying them, they are honestly the sweetest couple so I had no doubt the weather Gods had turned on the beautiful day just for them! 15.01.2022 DO IT YOUR WAY Most people don’t know that there’s only a few things that make a wedding legal, the rest is up to you! The job of a good celebrant is to listen to your wants and offer suggestions to make that want a reality and then some Recently I delivered a ceremony that included a sage cleansing ritual. I had 100 pax in a meditation whilst a guest cleansed the room. I think we can all agree that 2020 had been a challenging and f*cker of a year, so starting a marriage in... a calm and connected way was really a conscious and epic start to James and Kaitlyns day! Massive congrats to Rosie and James (Australia’s best looking doctors) who tied the knot yesterday at their home on the Northern Beaches. Rosie wore bedazzled sneakers, James wore a huge grin, and Yuki, their Burmese Mountain dog, was the goodest of good boys, hanging close by to witness every moment. What a day! They praised all of their vendors and said they felt like they picked an absolute dream team. In particular, of Marry Me Sarah B, they said they actually fell in love with her. Real love. 02.01.2022 SMILES FOR MILES Yep! That was me on Saturday. I married the beautiful Zanthi and Thomas on the weekend at the Mint, Sydney. It wasn’t the usual ceremony I’m used to doing.... I did the legal parts and shared the ceremony with a close family friend of theirs named Andrew who nailed it with his stories and reflections on God. It was really nice to feel like a guest at a ceremony and also to do the parts I love most! You see, it’s your wedding so you should do it your way. If you want people to contribute, do it! If you want your celebrant to do certain parts- great! As long as it has the legal parts done by a registered celebrant.. you’re good to go! Thank you for having me Zanthi & Thomas.
