24.01.2022 Big congratulations to my amazing parents who celebrated their 45th Wedding Anniversary this week! What a milestone! Thanks for all the love, hugs and support over the years Mam and Dad. You're the best.
24.01.2022 I had the absolute pleasure of working with these legends at one of my last big weddings held at @thestudiosydney before the lock down. I highly recommend @kahunaduo for your ceremony and reception music! And they left this review for me... We were lucky enough to meet Gary at a wedding we were both working at and safe to say we were blown away! He was able to hold the attention of over 100 guests for the entire ceremony (how?!) and had us all laughing as well. As musician...s we've seen a number of celebrants and not many match Gary in confidence and personality. He also went above and beyond using his skills on the mic to help out the photographers organise guests for the all important group photo... Gary for MC!! Also importantly he loves what he does and was a pleasure to be around not only for guests but other vendors as well. We HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Gary to be your celebrant, you'll be in good hands and can be assured you'll have a fantastic ceremony! We're definitely keeping him in mind for our own wedding one day :p - Kahuna Duo See more
23.01.2022 Looking Good Collaroy. Hope everyone is okay after the big storms that hit last week. The waves were huge!
23.01.2022 It was an extraordinary day for performing a ceremony overlooking the ocean. Charlie and Jeremy came up from Canberra for their wedding and were absolute chillers. Wishing them all the best for their fun life together. And thanks to Capture the Moment Events for setting the scene beautifully.
22.01.2022 The feeling when your friends and family welcome you back into the world as a married couple is a magical moment, and one you'll never forget. It fills my heart with gratitude to be a small part of such a special day. Love it! @dan_evans_photography
22.01.2022 Celebrate the good times!!! From the 1st of December 2020, the number of people who can attend weddings in NSW will be raised to 300 people!!! 20.01.2022 After our ceremony planning meeting you will be sent a unique link to a series of mildly invasive questions. You'll have to take the time to fill them out separately from your partner, as the secret answers will add to the suspense and help me get to know you both and your relationship a little bit better. The more detailed your responses, the better! I advise taking 30 minutes, cracking a wine, and having fun with it.
19.01.2022 Want to continue the good vibes into the night with me as the MC? You could get a mate to do it, but then they have to work during your wedding, and hopefully hold back on the red wine consumption! From Ceremony to the first dance, I will guide you and your guest through a fun filled fantastic evening! House keeping, entrances, speeches, cake cutting, venue liaising and plenty of laughs. I've got you covered - give your mate the night off.... Photo @everlong_weddings #sydneymintwedding #sydneymintweddings #northernbeachescelebrant #northenbeachescelebrantandmc
19.01.2022 Gday my name is Gazza and Im a cheeky, adventurous, fun-loving and relaxed marriage celebrant. I deliver a wedding experience that will have you and your guests smiling, laughing, and shedding a happy tear or two. Nine years ago I moved from WA to Sydney and met the love of my life, Georgie. We made it official a few years ago and now we live on the beautiful Northern Beaches. I was a sparky by trade, now a full time cele who enjoys a laugh, the outdoors, kayaking, firing ...up the barbie with friends, and spinning a good yarn. I am a NIDA graduate and an actor by profession, so warming up a crowd is what I love to do. I can tailor a ceremony to suit any venue or request. I also offer an MC service, if you want to continue the good times into the night. @photosbyjessieann
18.01.2022 A traditional Handfasting is an ancient Celtic ritual performed during a ceremony to symbolise the binding of the couple's love for one another. It is from this practice that we get the expression tying the knot. The ribbons are a symbol of the connection between the couple's lives and their two families. As their hands are bound together by the ribbons, so too, will their lives be bound together in marriage. It is a gorgeous ceremony, beautifully captured here at Centennia...l Vineyards by Lucie. #marryusgary #bowralwedding #handfasting @lucie.weddings @marryusgary_celebrant @keeperfilms @centennialvineyards
18.01.2022 It was an absolute joy working with these two chillers @kierenbentley and @stevenwisker. They went to crazy efforts to bring @the_studio to life. The text on the wall read... 2983 DAYS IN THE MAKING PARTY ACCORDINGLY ... And everyone certainly did! Thanks to @studiosomething for the awesome snaps, @kahunaduo for bringing the music vibes, @elda.flower for the bunches and @sharedaffair for the excellent nosh! #sydney celebrant

17.01.2022 The Historical Sydney Mint - what a venue for an intimate ceremony and reception. Jason and Maria wanted a fun ceremony that celebrated their connection to their families. As we welcomed them into the world as Sydney's newest married couple, a mariachi band appeared and ramped up the festivities! @everlong_weddings
17.01.2022 Your wedding day is the culmination of months of planning and celebrating. So make sure you take the time to enjoy all of your hard work on your wedding day, and be sure to set aside some time to kick back and relax in the week following. Preferably on a rad honeymoon!
17.01.2022 The only thing more spectacular than the Circus is a wedding at the Circus! Together the gorgeous couple combined Paige's love of being a circus performer and their mutual passion for Tango dancing. @maxishield hosted the night and it was a wedding like no other! @coticibils_dancephoto @slidesydney

16.01.2022 "Gary hit the ball out of the park with our ceremony. We could not have been happier! He was well prepared, personable and so much fun. Our guests asked us if Gary was our mate because we were so relaxed and jovial together... Exactly what you want from a celebrant when you are a stressed out bride. Gary - You are a legend. Our heartfelt thanks for making our day so special." - Alex and Angus @cloudcatcherstudio @redleafwollombi... @marryusgary_celebrant #marryusgary #sydneycelebrant #celebrant See more
14.01.2022 Wedding bookings are starting to ramp up as restrictions start to relax! As of the 15th of May it looks like weddings can have up to 10 guests plus celebrant and couple. Cant wait until we can all celebrate at full mast! Photo @idlewildcreative.co
14.01.2022 Ive seen some stylish arrivals, but this lovely couple takes the cake. Thanks for the 5 star review! Gary was so fab and I would 100 percent recommend him as your celebrant! We were freaking out as we had our initial celebrant cancel 5 weeks out and we're so glad we found Gary! He was the ultimate professional and pulled together the ceremony script and run sheet super quickly and really collaboaratively with us. He was in constant communication and ensured he knew exactly ...what we wanted for the day and he delivered beautifully, the perfect balance of humour and all the feels! So many of our friends commented on how great they thought he was and couldn't believe we had only met him 5 weeks prior. Thank you for making our ceremony so perfect. - James and Belle @centennialvineyards @lucie.weddings
13.01.2022 Hoooooweeee! the ocean has been frosty lately, but doesn't it look spectacular? Beachside weddings are an absolute dream on days like this, but a few tips may make things more comfortable. 1. Ceremonies scheduled earlier in the day usually have to contend with less wind. 2. Barefoot ceremonies are always fun and create a relaxed atmosphere. #chilledwedding... 3. If you are chasing the beach vibe but worried about the elements, check out the sheltered waterside spots around Pittwater. 4. If you are dealing with super soft sand, hide a wooden board underneath the altar. 5. Pick a celebrant who has a battery operated PA that doesn't rely on a fixed power source. @photosbyjessieann #marryusgary #sydneycelebrant #weddingcelebrantsydney #pittwaterlife #northernbeaches
12.01.2022 The Legals... "I am duly authorised by law to solemnise marriages according to law. Before you are joined in marriage in my presence and in the presence of these witnesses, I am to remind you of the solemn and binding nature of the relationship into which you are now about to enter.... Marriage, according to law in Australia, is the union of two people to the exclusion of all others, voluntarily entered into for life."

11.01.2022 Who ever thought signing paperwork could be fun?! Better make sure your 2 witnesses are good value. The only prerequisite for your legal signing chums are; they are over 18, understood the ceremony, and aren't too sloshed on pre-ceremony champagne. @idlewildcreative.co @wildwood_kangaroo_valley @clarehenn
10.01.2022 Plenty of smiles, plenty of laughs! Lee and Ben were after a fun, relaxed ceremony in Mudgee, and together we created an experience that had the crowd cheering. Matty @feather_and_birch @blue_wren_farm
10.01.2022 "We had Gary as our celebrant and MC for our wedding in February 2020. He was amazing from the first email. We met up before the ceremony and he put in a great effort to get to know us and personalise the entire wedding and reception to us. By the end of the night we felt like we had known him for years! Our guests were raving about him for weeks after! I would highly recommend Gary as celebrant and MC to all my family and friends." - Blake and Sarah @marryusgary_celebrant ... @schadeimages @echoesboutiquehotel @benfoxband @wildcouparco #marryusgary #sydneycelebrant #celebrant See more
09.01.2022 Happy 2nd Year Wedding Anniversary to my gorgeous wife, love of my life! Cheers to the prettiest smiling, infectious laughing, spell checking, sass dishing, tea slurping, lip biting, puppy spirit animaling, interior designing, pilates bodding, cutest button in the box! You warm my heart and inspire me on the daily. Sending all my love, and I look forward to laughing together for many years to come. @adamlevibrownephotography #marryusgary #sydneycelebrant #weddinganniversary
07.01.2022 Better get a move on if you're looking to book in a wedding in 2021, because things are heating up... (Big shout out to all the excellent wedding venues and vendors out there who have been tirelessly helping couples reschedule their big day. It's been a wild ride, but 2021 is going to be epic!) Couples looking for a top-shelf celebrant, send an enquiry via the website and let's get you married!... @marryusgar_celebrant @lucie.weddings @cvretaurant @keeperfilms #marryusgary #sydneycelebrant #celebrant
07.01.2022 Weddings are a time to celebrate with those people that mean the most to you. The joy and excitement felt at a wedding is second to none. Grab your mates, give them a squeeze, its gunna be a good day! @mikedeck #marryusgary #sydneycelebrant #hugs
06.01.2022 Tips for The Ring Bearer: Big job, so make sure you have the rings. Its easiest if you put both rings in the same box, and when asked for, step forward to the side of the groom and present the rings in the open box, for the couple to pick up. The big one goes to the bride and the small one to the groom. If you've kooked it and left the rings back at the Airbnb, try and hustle a couple from the crowd before the ceremony starts. We can use those for the ceremony and then you ...can get the real ones to the couple before the photos. Crisis averted. @photosbyjessieann #marryusgary #sydneycelebrant #justmarried
06.01.2022 Plan B! Plan B! Plan B! We all hope that you will have a fabulous sunny, windless wedding day, with no unforeseen weather catastrophes, but some times the weather has a will of its own. So start thinking about your ceremony Plan B from the start. Not only will the plan be there when you need it, but it will take away the worry in the lead up to the wedding. Most venues will have an equally glorious ceremony plan B location which you can discuss with them when you book the ven...ue. Often you can be undercover but still have a full view of the surroundings outside. Whatever the weather situation, we can always make it work and get you married in style. @photosbyjessieann @narrabeen #marryusgary #sydneycelebrant #northernbeachescelebrant
06.01.2022 How Do You Pick The Right Wending Vendor? Like all great things in life, youve got to follow your heart. There are so many excellent wedding vendors out there, you first need to see what is in your price range. Then ask as many questions, and do as much research as you can... Then ask more questions. Once youve whittled down your list to a few you have spoken to and like, ask yourself, do I trust them to deliver the goods on my Day of Days?... If the answer is yes, and their customer service up to that point has been fantastic, and you love what they are selling, then consider it sold! If you trust a vendor to help you get your wedding off the ground, then it is going to greatly reduce your own stress throughout the process. @photosbyjessieann #marryusgary #sydneycelebrant #northernbeaches

05.01.2022 It was a laugh a minute with these two Canberra crack ups. They wanted a relaxed intimate wedding, surrounded by their closest family, overlooking the shimmering ocean. It was a rainy morning, but the sun came through with the goods for the ceremony! @capture_the_moment_events #marryusgary #sydneycelebrant #beachwedding
05.01.2022 These two lovebirds tied the knot in the gorgeous @metromirageweddings venue in Newport. The ceremony was a fusion of Persian and Australian traditions, and was a highlight of 2019 for me. Stunning Northern Beaches photography from the absolutely fabulous @imagesbysophie. #sydneycelbrant #northernbeachescelebrant #marryusgary
03.01.2022 Time to book in a meeting! We have plenty of time, but whenever suits, we should get together for a coffee and a chinwag. At our meeting we can double check and sign the legal paperwork, talk in more detail about your ceremony and chat stories on life before you met up to now. Meetings usually take about 60 - 90 minutes, preferably somewhere in the Northern Beaches area. Head to the website to lock in a time to chat. www.marryusgary.com @photosbyjessieann
03.01.2022 Sending lots of love and air hugs to all the couples out there who are dealing with the added pressure of planning a wedding during a pandemic. It is very hard to organise when very little is for certain, so take breath, remember why it is you're tying the knot, and be grateful that your partner is there for you in this topsey turvey time. Your wedding day will come. Wash your hands, social distance, load up the Pinterest board, and hopefully it will be smooth sailing soon.... @photosbyjessieann

01.01.2022 This is Georgie's favourite tree. We can see it from our bedroom window and every morning it makes her smile. This Norfolk Pine is a bringer of joy, especially on a morning like this. Nice work nature. You're all right. @photosbyjessieann @narrabeen
