16.01.2022 Bookkeeper Required About the role We are seeking a casual bookkeeper for an immediate start. Tasks will involve but not limited to: Accounts payable\receivable... Bank reconciliations Payroll (including calculations, super & workcover and payroll tax) BAS preparation Reception duties Administration duties What you'll need MYOB experience to an advanced level QuickBooks online experience Other software experience such as Reckon, Cashflow Manager, HandiSoft, Xero is an advantage Microsoft office experience Familiarity with working in a varied role and ability to work autonomously Being able to help grow the role and business Professional presentation and very high level of confidentiality is required Attention to detail, accuracy with a Pro-active and "can-do" attitude Being able to train/setup clients to use their software The position may require some travel to visit clients onsite. The hours will be at least 8 hours per week plus extra days each quarter for BAS requirements, backup days to cover staff on leave in reception/admin staff for our clients onsite and other hours as required depending on client demand.
