23.01.2022 Ramadan Moonsighting 2021 - 1442 AH Marsden Park Masjid Saarban Islamic Trust... Statement regarding the beginning of Ramadan On Monday 12th April 2021 at Maghrib, the moon sighting for the month of Ramadan will take place. Subject to the moonsighting, Ramadan will begin either on Tuesday 13th April or Wednesday 14th April 2021 insha'Allah. We understand that Muslims follow differing positions about this matter and we respect these differences in the Imams. Last year due to the lockdown we could not get the full benefit of Ramadan through taraweeh and prayers in jama'ah. Insha'Allah this year we will be having taraweeh at Marsden Park Masjid and we will try to do the khatam of the Quran. Isha will be at 7:30 pm followed by taraweeh at Marsden Park Masjid. We wish the Muslim community Ramadan Mubarak, whenever you may be commencing the holy month. The Management Marsden Park Masjid Saarban Islamic Trust
