We recognise the need for as much normality as possible, combined with mutually respectful and cautious processes based on the latest advice. ... REAL ESTATE This is also a time of a rapidly changing work and financial environment, and there will be the need for many people to want to urgently discuss multiple aspects which involve real estate in some way. Our new office operating hours commencing from tomorrow are; Monday Friday 10 am 4 pm Saturday. 10 am 2 pm Wherever possible we request contact to be via email, or phoning our office on 02 6493 3333 as the first modes of contact, and payments to be done via EFT wherever possible. We are still arranging for limited number of real estate showings on a 1 to 1 basis and have special measures in place to protect all those involved. HOLIDAY RENTALS With the majority of holiday bookings already transferred out of the Easter /April period, most of those deposits have been retained to be used for future bookings, so we will look forward to welcoming back our regular holiday makers once the Covid threat has passed. At this stage we are closing our holiday rental booking systems to bookings until the beginning of May, and this of course may well be extended in the event that people continue to be advised not to travel. We also recognise that there will be extenuating circumstances where there is a genuine need for emergency accommodation to be available, and these requests will be considered by direct contact on a case by case basis. We will keep you updated on our office hours as the overall situation, which we appreciate every one of us is having to deal with, continues to evolve.
