19.01.2022 Live data on scan tools can be invaluable to troubleshoot faults. Had a Ford transit with stalling issues when hot no fault codes. Checked fuel supply and leak off and could not fault the system ran the vehicle until it stalled and checked live data for fuel pressure. Fitted new suction control valve. Problem solved. Photos of fuel pressure at idle. Before and after.

14.01.2022 Another rough running mercedes with leaking injector base sealing washers.. Get your vehicle checked before it gets to this stage.

09.01.2022 Nissan Navara was hard to start. Low rail pressure. I wonder why??. Retaining nut not tensioned??

07.01.2022 It's important to get onto issues before they turn into bigger issues. Mitsubishi Pajero. Blocked DPF sent from another shop. Attempted to do reburn. Ran for 1.5hrs unsuccessfully. Could not regenerate. Investigate further. Found melted DPF. And temperature probe. Spoke to the customer, this was replaced less than 2 years before. Did some further investigation and found the inlet manifold blocked from the EGR. This would have caused low airflow, Overfuelling and high exhaust gas temperatures. Better to fix the small problems before they become big and very expensive problems.
