21.01.2022 Its been one month since the longest day of our lives. We are back operational, besides one school bus route alteration. We would like to thank everyone for your support and patience. We have had to make some decisions which we didnt take lightly. Closing for one day school day has never happened in the history of Marshalls. Having shortened or cancelled school buses on some days due to road closures was hard. We definitely dont like not providing a service to our community but safety always has to come first. Lastly we generally dont take as long to respond to emails but the mental fatigue was tiring. However we have all done our best and look forward to normal proceedings for the rest of the year.

21.01.2022 Marshall’s Bus & Coach are looking for Relief Drivers. If you have your Working with Children Check, a NSW Driver Authority, at least Medium Rigid Licence and are interested, please call the office on 02 4474 4991.

20.01.2022 Marshall's Bus and Coach is following the COVID-19 cases in Batemans Bay closely. Marshall's doesn't carry any students that attend Batemans Bay Schools. Priors Bus Service has informed us that the students who tested positive DID NOT travel by bus to school. Therefore we feel the risk for our students who interchange with Priors buses is currently low, pending the completion of contact tracing. We can assure the community we are disinfecting our school buses daily. We have provided masks, gloves, and sanitiser to drivers. The health and safety of our staff and passengers remains our highest priority.

However due to COVID-19 we have been unable to run any tours this year and it is unlikely any tours will proceed in 2020. We are hopeful for a great return in 2021. 15.01.2022 Oh those were the good old days. was such a hit and extremely well done.

15.01.2022 Advice received by Marshall’s today: Transport for NSW and NSW Health strongly recommends staff and customers on public transport wear a face mask. This includes school students over the age of 12. Masks are a complementary line of defence in addition to other key measures including staying at home if unwell, physical distancing and good hand hygiene.... Marshall’s encourages all students over 12 and staff to follow this advice, to compliment our COVID Safe Plan to ensure the safety of our staff and passengers. Marshall’s is not attempting to enforce the wearing of masks and will not refuse any child travel.

14.01.2022 As Schools commence a gradual return to face to face learning next week (Week 3 of Term 2), we just wanted to reassure you that our school buses are running as normal. These are some of the measures we are taking to ensure everyones safety. - We are sanitizing the buses daily. - We have the seats closest to the driver blocked off. - We have asked schools to provide hand sanitizer to students before getting on the bus. Most schools have noted they will try or at least get th...e students to wash their hands before leaving the classroom. If parents could try to encourage students to wash their hands before and after using the bus that would be much appreciated. - We will not leave any students behind, for this reason social distancing on school buses can only be encouraged but may not be possible pending passenger numbers. Please encourage family members to sit together where possible to allow for more distancing options between students. - If you are feeling sick or have flu like symptoms, or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with Covid-19 please DO NOT travel on the buses. Thank you to our staff, parents, students and schools for working together during this challenging time.

14.01.2022 Thank you to our drivers who have handled all the changes to their normal procedures, who are still turning up for only a few students that have to attend school due to their family situation, who are comforting students during this stressful period, and who are supporting us to continue to provide the service to our community.
