24.01.2022 Fire protection sprinklers installed on the roof of a rural property to prevent rooftop ember attacks. Running off a large electric pump from dam with a back up diesel system just incase! Hopefully will only be used to cool down the house on those hot days! Sewer also had a paper blockage causing fixtures in bathroom to gurgle and drain slow. This was cleared easily using the water jetter and inspected after to ensure problem was completely resolved using the sewer camera!

24.01.2022 Unfortunately for this owner the recent hail put several holes in the polycarbonate roof sheeting above a bathroom. Followed by the massive rain weve had the water got in and collapsed the ceiling. Polycarbonate roof sheets have a life expectancy of 15-20 years and after time become very brittle. This sheet was easily replaced, with a small cleanup.

21.01.2022 Laundry removed from inside the house to make way for a much larger kitchen and re-located into the garage. Hot, cold water and sewer drainage reconnected to existing services. Owner is going to get dryer installed above the washing machine in a pantry cupboard and bulkhead above it to complete the look. Linen cupboard to also go on the left of laundry tub. AND the Kitchen renovation starts next week stay posted!

16.01.2022 Another big project nearly done. This is a owner builder construction in Bundanoon. Beautiful design with some really impressive timber work and even straw and cement outside walls. We are very excited to see the end result of this build. All downstairs and upstairs drainage done. Hot, tempered, cold and tank water lines ran and pressure tested. Bath will be recessed into the wall and will be installed once walls have been sheeted and waterproofed. ... Next is the hot water system and stormwater downpipes to be connected aswell as the large 10,000L water tank and pump

15.01.2022 Stormwater blockage at Spring Farm this morning. Both drains down the side of the house were blocked. This was easily fixed using the Jet Blaster and CCTV camera to inspect and confirm blockage was cleared completely. Are your drains struggling in this weather?

10.01.2022 This poor owner moved into their brand new home and shortly realised the grass in the nature strip was bubbling up and rising! The council had forgotten to connect the stormwater pipe from the footpath to the kerb. This was easily repaired and cleaned out with our water jetter. We also used the camera to triple check there were no further problems further up the line and neatly backfilled the job

08.01.2022 Another blocked stormwater system today on a property at Mount Annan. This was severe as the back pergola area was flooding and coming into the house through the weep holes in the bricks! Turns out tree roots had made there way into the main pipe and completely blocked it. This was easily cleared using the jet blaster. We also pulled out 7 tennis balls aswell! CCTV showed the pipe was all clear and was flowing into the kerb again nicely. We will return to dig up and replace the broken pipe
