10.01.2022 Dear Members,We are excited to becoming back to classes today. Please remember to scan your child or yourself into class, with our QR code..... this needs to be done every time you come to class. Today is a hot day so drink plenty of water before class and make sure you bring your water bottle with you and hand towel. We will be having lots of drink breaks today..... If you have traveled to any hotspots in Sydney,Queensland or Victoria please make sure you do not come to... classes if you have symptoms or have not been tested and self isolate. We will be taking temperatures and you will need to sanitise on arrival. We have seating now available for only 11 people inside reception and 10 in our outdoor seating area. If you only want to pop in to see reception and the seating area is full that is ok please come in. We look forward to seeing you all sometime this week. Stay safe See more

09.01.2022 Hello Members, Monday the 5th Oct we start our Zoom sessions for term 4!! For our Taekwondo classes We have a fun filled term lined up We will have Halloween week , Football finals week and bring a buddy week just to name a few.... Sports Taekwondo get ready to be pushed to your limits with S&C and your technical and tactical training... Kickboxing fitness are you ready to get into shape for summer ..... get your gloves ready PT sessions are available if you live in a 5km range of the club. We will be working to get a permit for students living outside the 5 km range which will allow us to set up in parks but until that is approved we are offering PT sessions at the club only...if you wish to partake in PT sessions please email us. Hopefully we can finish off the term at the club and see you all face to face New links will be sent out shortly for term 4 Stay safe and see you soon
