Class times will be as follows and please remeber to check below for COVID Safe important information. Thursdays:... 5.30 pm - Kenpo Juniors - Beginner Class 6.30 pm - Kenpo Juniors - Advanced Class 7.30 pm - Kenpo Adults & Teens (13 years +) Saturdays: 8.30 am - Kenpo Cubs - Age 4-6 years 8.30 am - Kenpo Juniors - Beginner Class 9.30 am - Kenpo Juniors - Advanced Class 10.30 am - Kenpo Adults & Teens (13 years +) IMPORTANT: We will continue to operate under the COVID Safe Framework for Brisbane region. Our last week of training for 2020 included an Adult 1s...t Degree Kenpo Karate Brown Belt grading for Adrian and a Junior Kenpo Tigers Purple belt grading for Amira. Congratulations to all students. We welcomed 2 new Kenpo Cubs (4-6 years), Kenpo Tigers (Beginners 6-12 years) learned new self defence techniques and Tigers Advanced (8-13 years) worked on basics, drills and sparring technique. 11.01.2022 Saturday 21 March Confirm Kenpo Karate Classes will continue. We will continue to adhere to no contact training. No mats will be used and students and parents are asked to adhere to the recommended distancing guidelines of 1.5 metres. ... No seating will be supplied in the training room to ensure we avoid crowding. Parents can drop children at the room and collect after class. Although Kenpo Karate training normally involves contact, there is still much we can do - forms, sets, basics and technique. All staff, students and parents of our Kenpo Karate Brisbane School have been asked to practise good hygiene and social distancing guidelines as recommended by Government and health professionals. What does no contact mean for students attending classes during this period of training? - No sparring. - No contact duri...ng technique training. - Focus on forms and sets. - Focus on basics including kicks, stances, blocks, technical training. 06.01.2022 It was an honour to be awarded 4th Degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate by Mr Graham Lelliott, 9th Degree Black Belt from USA. 10 years ago I was awarded my 1st Degree Black Belt by Mr Lelliott. Thank you Mr Graham Lelliott for visiting our Kenpo Karate Brisbane school from Thursday 27th to Saturday 29th February.
