The show is an energetic two-hander packed with killer dancing, survival tips and Adelaide’s most strenuous monologue.... 'Satori' by Lewis Major, in collaboration with Amanda Phillips, is a Japanese term for awakening. This work explores the states of impermanence and imperfection through an ensemble dance work with stellar dancers. The interconnecting elements transform into a fluidly shifting atmosphere and stage architecture that continually collide, collapse and create.

02.01.2022 Lewis Major and I are looking for an arts administrator/manager/ producer to assist with the delivery of multiple arts projects taking place over the next 3+ mo...nths including festival work, local and national touring, regional and education projects. This is an adaptable role, 2.5 - 3 days a week pro-rated hourly. A healthy sense of flexibility around work and an ability to move from one project to another in response to the artistic and administrative needs of each as well as an openness to new ways of working within the current paradigm will be looked upon favourably. The ideal candidate will have a similar appetite for the process of dreaming, planning and strategizing, for braving challenges and working cooperatively alongside the many people, artists and stakeholders who are involved with the delivery of our work. Award rates negotiable as per experience. Must have a valid ABN. Start date: ASAP Required skills: - Experience in managing arts project delivery - Correspondence with stakeholders (clients, government, other team members) - Design/marketing delivery including collaborating w designers etc - Basic marketing / PR / social media skills - Experience managing budgets and financials - Experience with basic bookkeeping / payroll admin a plus - Excellent interpersonal skills, and written abilities - Ability to take initiative/ work both independently and collaboratively - Entrepreneurial spirit / commercial experience - Experience of working in hospitality is a plus Location flexible.
