Opened in April 2019 and linked to the arrivals hall in Terminal 1 (and via walkway from Terminal 2 and 3), this 10 storey nexus is a MUST SEE for anyone staying in or transiting Singapore. What will take your breath away is the magnificent 40 metre high waterfall (rain vo...rtex) that is central to Jewel amongst a stage of 2,000 trees (Forest Valley) and at night it becomes a kaleidoscope of colour. 19.01.2022 Further great news announced by Premier Mark McGowan this morning... WA borders are opening to Victoria and New South Wales as of 8 December with no quarantine required upon arrival! Please note, a G2G Pass declaration is still required for any person travelling to/returning to WA. In addition to this, WA residents looking to travel interstate will need to complete the appropriate state 'Declarations' for your travels. South Australia is now the only state where WA's hard border is maintained. Any person who has been in SA in the previous 14 days requires an exemption to travel and must undertake 14 days self-quarantine. This will be reviewed again on 11 December.

The announcement was made at the ATAC (Australian Travel Agents Co-Operative) Conference held on the weekend. Unfortunately Martini Travel was unable to attend the conference to accept the award due to three little girls all having their birthday the same weekend!... We are however, incredibly grateful to Consolidated Travel, ATAC and all of our clients for making this dream of ours a reality. 11.01.2022 More wonderful news announced today by Premier Mark McGowan. From midnight tonight, borders will open to those coming from NSW and VIC as those states have been deemed 'very low risk'. From Friday, 11 December, those traveling from SA will also be able to travel to WA, however, they will still need to self-quarantine for 14 days and will also be subject to COVID tests on arrival and day 11 of quarantine (anyone transiting SA may be subject to the same conditions as those trav...elling from SA). 05.01.2022 While we are all very excited about the announcement of a 2 way travel bubble with New Zealand, we are still awaiting the official word from the WA government about whether you’ll need to quarantine on return or not. At this stage the official advice online is: "If you are arriving in WA directly from New Zealand, you will be considered an international traveller and are subject to the Commonwealth Government’s mandatory quarantine period of 14 days in a State Quarantine Fac...ility (hotel quarantine) at your own expense". But we are led to believe this is currently under review and should hear more in the coming days. Come on WA, we can do this!

01.01.2022 To all our clients, friends and Martini Travel family, As I write this I still find it somewhat surreal, that we are currently living through something that will be written in the history books and looked back upon for generations. I would like to start out by simply saying thank you.... Thank you for being so understanding about the situation and that it’s nobody’s fault. Thank you for knowing that we are all in this together and must work through this together. Thank you for your patience when it takes hours to get back to you, because we’re sitting on hold for hours to airlines. Thank you for reaching out just to say you’re thinking of us (you probably don’t know just how much that means to us right now) and wishing us the best through this tough time. Thank you for just being genuinely good people. We strongly believe that the tourism industry will rebound after a period of downturn. How long that downturn will be is anyone's guess, however, when restrictions start being lifted and people are ready to travel again, rest assured we will still be here to help in any way we can. Of course, anyone needing anything throughout this time, whether bookings, questions about changes or future travel, we are here for you as always. We encourage everyone to stay calm and positive, and for those fortunate enough to be able to, please help out your fellow person in whatever way you can.
