24.01.2022 DA APPROVED | We were pleased to advise our client this week that his Development Approval (Material Change of Use) for the keeping and training of horses at a Beerwah property was approved by the Sunshine Coast Council. We successfully coordinated the entire process including preparation of proposal plan, lodgement and full Public Notification service. Congratulations!

19.01.2022 From next Monday, 1,200 head of cattle will be entering the Gympie region from South Burnett along Murgon-Gayndah Road. They are being driven by four drovers and 21 dogs. The stock will proceed onto the Burnett Highway (northbound), and travel into the North Burnett Shire. The cattle will be held on the roadside at night, with electric fences. Please share this with people you know who travel these routes on a regular basis as there will likely be delays.

Following an extensive community consultation process, the report touches upon significant changes to the New Noosa Plan which warrant re-notification of the draft Plan.
