15.01.2022 Packing benches are getting positioned whilst Ben is building the internal office frame that will house the computer systems for the grader.

15.01.2022 The electrical has begun with cable trays being hung today and cable laid out ready for Monday’s arrival. The shed will have all new mains and sub-mains completed. - Ben is a Electrician by Trade and Ash is 10yrs into being Ben’s TA

14.01.2022 The grader is getting longer by the day as it gets connected together and today the Global Scan 7 got installed! This baby is the latest camera system from MAF Roda and can process 5 mangoes a second per lane (ours is 2 lanes) and takes about 60 photos of each mangoes per camera. The GlobalScan7 has four different HD cameras that examine every external section of every mango. This put together with the Insight Cameras (scans for internal defects) and the IDD4 cameras (maturity of the fruit) means this grader will be the most advanced mango grading machine in Australia. If that didn’t blow your mind, this grader is also cross commodity and can grade serval different types of fruit and vegetables. #gamechanger #mafroda #mafrodaagrobotic #aussiemangoes @ Bowen, Queensland

04.01.2022 The platform over the grader and the internal office is getting the floor & vinyl put on and hopefully the walls can go up. This office will house the computer & software systems, and security cameras over the grader to allow us to watch every second of the machine working.

The definition on the new Globalscan 7 cameras are unbelievable. @ashmartin11 is working with the #mafroda guru’s on the setup of the external defect grading system today. Tomorrow they will start working on the internal defect system. Exciting times to say the least. #aussiemangoes
