20.01.2022 Welcome to Marty and Son Microgreens! We are a business that is focusing on producing high quality microgreens. Our microgreens are grown for their beautiful colours, flavours, shapes and textures. For those of you that are not aware what microgreens are, they are the shoots of a variety of herbs and vegetables that are nutrient packed, some with up to 40 times the vitamins and minerals of a mature plant!... They can be used as part of a salad, a stir-fry, to top a pizza, as a filling for a sandwich or wrap or just to get a higher dosage of vitamins and minerals! Keep an eye out for further updates and uses!
