(photo: Maryborough PC at Baddow with Mr N Lindley, Instructor - ...1960) Excerpt from the Maryborough Chronicle - Feb 18, 1960 "Maryborough probably will follow the lead of other centres in Australia and form a pony club at the public meeting called by the Mayor (R.A. Hunter) in the Town Hall. New members are given instructions in riding, the treatment of their ponies and the care of their equipment. The programmes of the club will include rallies, riding instructions, novelty events, picnics, reliability trials, camps, gymkhanas and barbecues. 14.01.2022 Maryborough Pony Club celebrated what was an eventful and different year on the weekend treating the kids to a jumping castle water slide and pizza for lunch. Our Inaugural trophy winners for the year were Club Person of the Year - Gemma Radunz... State Representative - Bronte Radunz Best Attendance - Madison Dunning Encouragement Award - Addison Harth Most Improved - Amber Aherne The instructors Encouragement awards were given to Lakiah McLeod Elodie Greer The Allan Dodd Memorial Voucher recipients were Indi Gray Olivia Gordano A new inaugural trophy donated by Amy being the highest overall percentage MPC rider at our Virginia Wyatt dressage day went to Madison Dunning Well done to all our members - have a great break and hope to see you all in the new year. #ponyclubqld
